About the Role
ARC is looking for a full-time Product GTM (Maker) who will work directly with our CEO to identify innovative, commercially-viable web3 product opportunities and bring them to fruition.
This is a freshly created role to help us achieve new organisational and commercial goals as we expand the ARC ecosystem.

This role requires you to be based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Actively identify new product opportunities (either existing from conversations with industry builders or completely new opps from market understanding) that ARC can tap and add unique value to via our community’s resources and expertise
- Establish prioritisation for these opportunities based on their ability to bring value back to community members and ARC as an entity
- Engage with partners and fellow builders on commercial conversations regarding collaborating on the design and build of the product - be able to connect the dots and make things happen using the community’s resources and expertise
- Drive and operationalise the end-to-end process of bringing these new product opportunities to fruition - outline the product strategy and commercial opportunity, assemble the team members/industry partners, lead the day-to-day product development timeline and deliver on the final MVP
Requirements:
- Serial new product adopter and native Web3 crypto user who is highly versed with different products through first-hand usage and experience across multiple verticals e.g. DeFi, SocialFi, GameFI, NFTs, DeSci and more
- Has been with a company or project while they were going through TGE
- Individuals with prior experience in product commercialisation and building the product will be highly-prioritised (BONUS: experience in growing a community around the product)
- Expertise with operationalising big goals into actionable steps for implementation
- Highly-resourceful and strong bias for action and problem-solving
- Collaborative individual with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
