Product Manager, Payments

About the Team

At Fireblocks, our team owns the Payments and Network domain, which stands as one of the most strategic pillars of our platform, and provides the simplest and most secure way for companies to work with digital assets. This involves orchestrating integrations with third-party providers, accommodating various standards across different blockchains and fiat rails, and empowering both our internal organization and our customers to accept, orchestrate and settle digital asset payments 24x7x365 across any geography.

As a Product Manager focusing on the payments domain, you’ll be working with some of the largest financial institutions, banks, globally-recognized brands, and Web3 companies in the world, including BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, ANZ Bank, Revolut, and more - leading the product development of new capabilities from requirements discovery and analysis, data modeling and a great UX.

What You'll Do

• Drive product development from ideation to launch, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, operations, and legal.

• Conduct product discovery and gather feedback on our existing and new solutions from our customer success team at Fireblocks as well as from an assembled customer advisory board. 

• Deliver comprehensive product requirement documents and designs, propose implementation plans, iterate based on feedback, and ensure timely product shipments.

• Advocate for a user-centric approach in product design and development, balancing user needs with business objectives.

• Establish metrics and key performance indicators to measure the success of your products.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of Product Management experience in B2B enterprise grade products.

• Strong analytical & technical skills and the ability to prioritize features based on measured impact and effort.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate efficiently within cross-functional teams.

• Obsession with user experience and ability to continuously simplify complicated subjects

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to clarity and precision when describing use cases and features.

• Work closely with 3rd party providers to understand their APIs, capabilities, and integration processes.

• A passion for user experience and a relentless drive to simplify complex subjects continuously.

• BSc/MS in Computer Science, another engineering/technical degree or equivalent military experience 

Bonus Skills

• Experience within the Blockchain / Crypto / Payments ecosystem.

• Experience as a Software Developer or a Product Manager for API first products
