We are seeking an experienced Marketing Loyalty Manager to lead our user rewards and retention campaigns. You will own the entire campaign lifecycle — from concept and execution to performance tracking and optimization. Your work will directly shape how our users engage with the platform through loyalty initiatives, trading competitions, and VIP programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Manage Campaigns – Create and oversee marketing campaigns for user acquisition, engagement, and loyalty.
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering – Coordinate on implementation, backend logic, and QA for promotions.
- Define & Track KPIs – Set and monitor metrics such as retention, engagement, and ROI.
- Execute Promotions – Launch and manage activities like welcome bonuses, giveaways, trading challenges, VIP programs, and seasonal offers.
- Optimize Campaigns – Analyze performance and recommend improvements for maximum impact.
- Market Research – Benchmark strategies against top competitors in crypto exchanges and fintech.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in loyalty, retention, or rewards marketing within crypto, banking, or mobile app ecosystems.
- Strong project management and cross-team coordination skills.
- Proven ability to take campaigns from idea to execution.
- Analytical mindset with a KPI-driven approach.
- Bonus: Experience collaborating with IT/Product teams on backend campaign logic.
