Job Title: Web3 Project Manager (Agile Expert) – Contract (3+ Months)

Contract Duration: 3+ Months (Part-time, 3-5 hours per day)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Web3 Project Manager with expertise in Agile methodologies to help manage and streamline our Web3 development projects. In this role, you will work directly with our CEO/CTO and collaborate closely with a team of front-end developers to organize workflows, manage tasks, and ensure the project meets crucial deadlines. You will play a pivotal role in leading the team to deliver high-quality solutions in a rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CTO and development team to create, organize, and manage the project roadmap for our next product release.
- Implement and optimize Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) to streamline the development process (currently use clickup for proj management)
- Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies as needed.
- Work with the team to break down large deliverables into clear, manageable tasks.
- Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently to meet project goals.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and issues, and propose solutions to keep the project on track.
- Foster a collaborative and productive working environment between developers and leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Web3 or blockchain-related projects.
- 5 total years PM experience
- Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong experience managing development teams, particularly front-end developers.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.
- Experience with project management tools such as Clickup.
Other Qualifications:
- Prior experience working on Web3, blockchain, or decentralized applications.
- Strong familiarity with front-end development workflows and processes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- EST time zone
Contract Terms:
- Availability: Part-time, with a commitment of ~3 hours per day, ramping up to ~5 hours per day as needed.
- Duration: 3+ months with potential extension based on project needs.
- Remote Work: 100% remote.
