Job Description:
1. Responsible for the requirement analysis and product design of exchange contract products, continuously optimizing and iterating based on customer needs and data analysis.
2. Evaluate company products from a business perspective, integrate company resources to improve business data.
3. Lead the product team to optimize the interaction design and visual experience of products through user research, benchmarking, and other methods, enhancing the overall user experience.
4. Develop departmental OKRs and supervise department employees in implementing work according to plans.
5. Manage the product team, continuously improve the team's professional capabilities, and drive the team's self-motivation.
6. Keep abreast of industry trends, enhance the team's product innovation capabilities, and drive results-oriented initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management roles within the cryptocurrency or financial technology (fintech) industry.
3. Familiarity with centralized exchanges and contract trading mechanisms, with a good understanding of the cryptocurrency market.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making sound decisions based on requirements and data.
6. Innovative and team-oriented mindset, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
