As we prepare to debut this collection in key markets, we're seeking a results-driven BD Lead/Sales Manager to spearhead its commercial growth and expand our global presence

Core Responsibilities

1.Market Strategy & Expansion

  • Develop and execute data-driven sales & BD strategies to penetrate target overseas markets (e.g., North America, Europe, APAC), identifying high-potential segments including institutional collectors, Web3 communities etc.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to analyze competitor activities, consumer preferences, and regulatory landscapes, adjusting strategies to maintain competitive advantage.

2.Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles for NFTs, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing, with a focus on securing high-value partnerships and bulk sales.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

3.Partnership Development

  • Identify and forge strategic collaborations with industry stakeholders to amplify brand reach and drive sales.
  • Manage partnership lifecycle: from initial outreach and contract negotiation to project execution and performance evaluation.

4.Team & Performance Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales/BD executives (if applicable), setting clear KPIs and providing ongoing coaching to ensure team performance aligns with company goals.
  • Track and report on sales metrics (e.g., revenue targets, conversion rates, client retention) to senior management, providing insights for strategy optimization.

5.Brand & Community Alignment

  • Collaborate with the marketing and community teams to align sales initiatives with brand messaging, ensuring consistent communication across client touchpoints.
  • Participate in key industry events (e.g., NFT expos, Web3 conferences) to network, showcase the project, and generate leads.

Who you are

  • 2+ years of proven sales, business development, or account management experience in the NFT, Web3, blockchain, or financial industry; prior experience leading regional market expansion is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets, with a portfolio of successfully closed high-value deals or partnerships in the crypto/NFT space.
  • Deep understanding of crypto industry/NFT, including market trends, major marketplaces, key players, and regulatory frameworks in target regions
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex NFT concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Must speak English fluently and can communicate with the team. Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese) is a pus.
  • Existing network of contacts in the NFT/ Web3 community, including collectors, brands, influencers, or marketplace representatives, is highly preferred. Must be a trusted voice in your local community or region

  • Competitive base salary will be added from the second month and for the first month, this role is only commission-based without base salary (We can shorten the period to 1 or 2 weeks if we've seen results on time).
