What you'll do
- Perform risk assessment by analyzing current business and identifying potential risks
- Liaise with business and product in conducting business risk mitigation process and solutions
- Setup business risk monitoring metrics and alerts to detect risk and react to find the root cause
- Automate the process and improve the efficiency continuously
- Record and report any serious accidents when needed
What we expect from you
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Statistics, or Engineering, or in other quantitative fields.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a risk analyst position
- Demonstrates the ability to speak in front of groups, with the ability to lead meetings and take command of discussions
- Has the ability to evaluate situations and make clear, well thought out decisions, taking clear and concise actions
- Possesses strong analytical skills in SQL/Python or other language and Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Metabase, etc.
