Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and sell advertising solutions to Web3 game studios. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, building relationships, and driving revenue through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities: 

  • Prospect and acquire new Web3 game studio clients, selling advertising solutions to boost their game's visibility and user acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their marketing needs and providing ongoing support and solutions. 
  • Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our advertising solutions. 
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or features to maximize revenue potential. 
  • Update all activities in the CRM.
  • Assist improving sales pitches, presentations, and reference material, etc.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies, provide feedback on market trends, and contribute to the development of new advertising offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities and refine sales approaches. 
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently delivering outstanding results and contributing to the company's growth. 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the advertising or gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Web3 gaming ecosystem, blockchain technology, and digital advertising.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for the crypto and Web3 gaming industry, staying informed about the latest trends and developments. 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
