Sales Trader - Flow Trading - Hybrid

Our Sales Trader performs various duties to support the Flow Trading team, including executing trading strategies, providing liquidity to our clients, actively sharing market insights with the team and clients, etc. He or she should be seasoned in options trading and have a solid knowledge of crypto. Being proficient in English communication in daily work is also a must.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide liquidity to clients and counterparties as well as manage position or inventory risks
• Execute trading strategies in both exchange and OTC markets
• Identify and capture trading opportunities and execute proprietary trading strategies according to the company’s risk limits
• Manage trade booking and reporting
• Flexible to work on morning or night shifts, weekends, and holidays on demand
• Professional business communication skills in both English and Mandarin

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 3-5 years experience in sales and trading from top tier financial institution
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills and adapt quickly to changing markets
• Interest in cryptocurrency or blockchain
• Results-driven with high attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals, whilst maintaining a professional, friendly, and client service quality
