Provide trade and administrative support to our global retail, corporate, and institutional clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Deliver exceptional service aligned with the company’s culture and values. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of financial instruments, including stocks, options, futures, FX, cryptocurrencies, bonds, and commodities, to effectively support clients’ trading needs. Provide trading expertise on P&L and margin calculations, order types, charges, trade assistance, and investigations. Respond to client queries and promote our products and platforms through cross-selling. Onboard and retain high-value clients by providing valuable information and assisting with high-severity cases and inquiries. Act as an ambassador for the company’s vision, mission, and products.
