Your primary language might be C, C++, Rust, or Java – we care more about your mastery of performance-critical backend systems, your ability to squeeze microseconds out of the stack, and your deep understanding of networking, distributed systems, and real-time architectures.

What you’ll build

You’ll help evolve the core of our flagship blockchain connectivity layer – the engine that lets developers interact with a multitude of blockchain networks seamlessly. Expect to:

• Design and build scalable, high-performance backend services.
• Technology stack: modern Java, Eclipse Vert.x, Redis, Kafka, Grafana.
• Engineer systems that process millions of API calls and terabytes of data with resilience and speed.
• Optimize system performance from the network layer up to the application layer.
• Collaborate across product, and infrastructure teams to bring groundbreaking blockchain services to life.

What you bring

• Strong experience with backend development, for example in C, C++, Rust, or Java.
• Deep understanding of networking, multithreading, memory management, and low-latency system design.
• Proven track record of working on high-performance, large-scale backend systems.
• Familiarity with containerization, cloud-native environments, observability and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Bonus: Experience with blockchain technology, cryptographic protocols, or Web3 ecosystems.
