The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to lead the development of a high-performance trading platform with real-time blockchain interaction and transaction monitoring. Beyond engineering, you’ll collaborate closely with the founding team to drive technical strategy, make key architecture decisions, and ensure the scalability and security of our product.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow with the company and take charge of the tech stack, evolving into a Technical Lead or CTO as we scale.

What You’ll Do

• Technical Leadership:

• Oversee the technical direction and architecture of the platform.

• Translate business goals into technical strategies and ensure their execution.

• Make key decisions on tools, frameworks, and infrastructure.

• Backend Development:

• Build and maintain scalable, secure backend systems for blockchain-based trading.

• Design APIs to handle real-time data processing and integrations.

• Develop systems for wallet tracking, transaction monitoring, and blockchain interactions (EVM, Solana, Tron, etc.).

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with founders and stakeholders to align technical and business goals.

• Mentor junior engineers as the team grows.

• Security and Optimization:

• Implement best practices for secure coding and data protection, especially for private keys and transaction signing.

• Optimize performance for high-frequency trading use cases.

What We’re Looking For

• Technical Skills:

• Strong backend development experience with languages like Node.js or Go.

• Deep understanding of blockchain technologies (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Tron).

• Experience with API design, real-time data handling, and databases (PostgreSQL or MongoDB).

• Strong knowledge of secure coding practices and system design for scalability.

• DevOps knowledge and Docker
