Senior Crypto Wallet Product Manager

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of top-tier crypto wallet user experiences and complex system solutions. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary individual to architect and manage an industry-changing platform that drives impact and launches products/features across our global footprint. This role demands a strong background in product management within the web3 industry, with a particular focus on crypto wallets and Travel Rule compliance.

Responsibilities

• Hold overall accountability for the end-to-end delivery excellence of exchange crypto wallet products.
• Serve as the product owner for product design, implementation, and live deployment. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to create and implement crypto wallet-related solutions.
• Play a key role in defining and evolving the product vision and overall strategy.
• Understand customers and their challenges to identify ways to enhance the product offering. Be responsible for the user experience and security of the product.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of features, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
• Communicate the product plan and roadmap to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on Web3 or blockchain technologies.
• Experience with payment products, such as reconciliation and channel integration, crypto related product experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to jointly manage projects and keep them on schedule
• Strong sense of user experience and user interface design
• Familiarity with lean and agile models, and ability to adapt processes as needed for a remote team
• Result-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills to derive insights and make decisions
• Excellent time management and coordination skills to concurrently manage multiple projects and adhere to schedule
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in collaborating with cross functional teams.
• Adaptable, broad-minded, and at ease in a high-paced remote working environment
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must
• Bilingual with both English and Mandarin is a must to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
