As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to harness the power of data for strategic decision-making. Your expertise will drive our studio and platform towards success as you engage in quantitative investigation of user interactions, evaluate feature effectiveness, and deliver insightful recommendations. You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮

• Ensure data-driven decisions are made across the Studio, Marketing, and Product teams by providing valuable insights and analysis
• Conduct quantitative research and analysis of user interactions, identifying patterns and trends that can inform strategic decisions and improve the platform and studio
• Assess the success of different features, measuring their effectiveness, and providing recommendations on optimising them to enhance the user experience and achieve business objectives
• Develop and implement predictive models to forecast user behaviour, inform product development, and drive targeted marketing efforts
• Create visualisations and generate reports that effectively communicate insights and findings to stakeholders, helping inform decision-making across the organisation
• Collaborate with various teams, including Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing, to ensure that data analysis and recommendations align with the overall business strategy and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science and related technologies, ensuring that the company remains competitive and innovative in its approach to data-driven decision-making

• Advanced SQL skills
• 3-5+ years experience in Data Science or a closely related field
• Proficiency in data analysis, modelling, and visualisation
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Interest in emerging technologies
