About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Data Strategist to build and manage Spartans’ internal data infrastructure — connecting every operational and financial function of the business through clear, actionable insights.
This is a leadership role focused on structure and decision-making — turning live operational data into clarity for the CEO and executive team.
You’ll be responsible for the full data lifecycle: defining KPIs, centralizing reporting, and ensuring Spartans’ leadership has complete visibility into performance across all departments.
Spartans.com is a licensed real-money gaming brand that supports both fiat and cryptocurrency deposits, giving players flexibility while maintaining full compliance and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead Spartans’ end-to-end data strategy, covering revenue, player behavior, payments, and provider performance.
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards that accurately reflect daily business performance.
- Deliver clear insights that support operational, product, and financial decision-making.
- Forecast and identify trends or risks using data-driven modelling and reporting.
- Integrate multiple data sources (PSPs, game providers, affiliate networks) into one unified reporting framework.
- Define and manage company-wide KPI standards and reporting processes.
- Lead and mentor a small in-house analytics team to ensure consistent quality and precision.
Ideal Profile
- 7+ years of experience in data strategy, business intelligence, or performance analytics, ideally in gaming, wagering, or fintech (not blockchain).
- Proven experience building internal data systems and reporting frameworks.
- Strong command of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
- Deep understanding of how data connects to revenue, risk, and operational performance.
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex analysis into simple, actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Structured, analytical, and detail-driven.
