Bakkt is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to own the CEO’s operating rhythm across calendar, communications, travel, preparation and follow-through. This in-office role may be based in New York, Atlanta or Dubai. The CEO works across global time zones, and the successful candidate will exercise sound judgment, anticipate needs and act independently while coordinating closely with the Chief of Staff, Corporate Affairs and the CEO’s personal team. Reasonable availability outside traditional office hours is required when business priorities demand it. The role may occasionally support other executives.
