Senior Frontend-Focused Fullstack Developer

We're now hiring a Senior Frontend-Focused Fullstack Developer with deep experience in ReactJS, NextJS, and strong backend chops in Node.js. You’ll play a key role in building and scaling our trading interface and supporting systems. Bonus points if you know your way around PayloadCMS or Directus, or if you're fluent in Web3 design patterns.

What You’ll Do

• Build, optimize, and maintain modern, performant web apps with ReactJS + NextJS.
• Architect and develop scalable Node.js backend services and APIs.
• Integrate and extend headless CMS platforms like PayloadCMS and Directus to power dynamic content experiences.
• Collaborate with design and product to craft seamless, mobile-first user journeys.
• Ensure responsive, cross-device UX and modern UI best practices.
• Identify, debug, and solve frontend/backend performance and usability issues.

What You Bring

• Proven experience with ReactJS and NextJS in production environments.
• Strong backend fundamentals with Node.js and Express or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms (PayloadCMS, Directus, or similar).
• Solid understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Best practices in performance, accessibility, responsive design, and clean architecture.
• Clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Startup mentality — proactive, independent, and fast-moving.

Nice to Have

• TypeScript and state management tools (Zustand, Redux, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with Vercel, AWS, or similar platforms.
• Crypto/Web3 knowledge or passion for the trading space.
