Senior Product Designer | Web3/Crypto/Gaming

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer - Web3 to join our growing team at Finixio. You will be designing pixel perfect user interfaces including layout, composition, typography, website architecture and design with a strong focus on improving user experiences for our products.

This role will be reporting directly to the Head of Design

Key Responsibilities

• You will help to scope and plan design activities across all stages of the design life cycle, including research, prototyping, UI design and implementation.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with rapid design decision-making for quick turnaround projects.
• Best-in-class, people-centred design approach driven by user needs as defined by data, analytics and metrics.
• An inquisitive mindset, keen to understand and seek out appropriate and creative solutions to translate the business goals and promotions into visually compelling layouts and online user experiences.
• To collaborate with the Product team to create and maintain a united and consistent brand experience.
• Staying updated on the latest developments, trends and techniques within design, and sharing your thoughts and enthusiasm with your colleagues and clients.

Requirements

• Have 5+ years expertise in all areas of consumer SaaS (UI, UX, content UX, end design) especially in Web3/Crypto/Gaming.
• Have expert knowledge in Figma. Managing multi-site Design System, component libraries, style guides etc.
• Deep understanding of blockchain – Been in crypto for over 2 years out of personal curiosity and interest,
• Strong portfolio showing a user-centred design approach.
• You've conducted design sprints and driven towards carefully crafted MVP Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to form strong relationships across teams.
• Previous experience working in marketing or affiliate marketing (useful not essential)
• To work UK hours
