Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve user acquisition, conversion, and retention through homepage, lifecycle, wallet etc.
- Analyze user journeys to identify pain points and growth opportunities, delivering seamless and engaging experiences that leads to user growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, engineering, design, marketing, and analytics, to execute initiatives that align with business goals.
- Conduct user research, A/B testing, and market analysis to inform product decisions and prioritize impactful solutions.
- Design and launch features, localizing solutions that addresses the unique needs of crypto users globally.
- Use data-driven insights to define success metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and guide product strategies.
- Act as an advocate for user conversion within the organization, aligning stakeholders and driving the execution of high-priority initiatives.
- Explore the use of AI and machine learning applications in User Conversion.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on user growth, conversion, or engagement, preferably within the crypto, fintech, or blockchain industries.
- Proven track record of driving growth and user conversion through data-informed strategies.
- Strong understanding of growth funnels, user behavior, and platform best practices tailored to crypto products.
- Skilled in analyzing user data, conducting research, and leveraging insights to deliver measurable results.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across global and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple projects, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
