Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work closely with project members to deliver high quality products
• Understand business scenarios and tech architecture, design and develop test cases, and organize test case reviews
• Execute test cases and identify issues through functional and non-functional tests
• Identify, track bugs to be fixed and make sure delivery on time
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts or implement quality tool/platform to continuously increase efficiency

Qualifications

• 7 years+ of QA engineering experience, both in backend and frontend (web and mobile) manual/auto testing
• Full cycle testing from designing tests, developing scripts and execution
• Strong experience with UNIX/Linux, has hands on experience with CICD
• Programming ability using Python or Java
• Experience testing backend services such as APIs, databases, distributed services and middleware
• Enjoys breaking things and solving problems - not just able to find out the 'what', but also the 'why'
• Fluent English and good communication skills
• Team management skill is a big plus
