The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for product-related positions and possess exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for product-related roles, such as Product Manager, Product Designer, and Product Operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the product domain.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field in science and engineering is preferred.
- Proven experience in recruiting for product-related positions. Experience in the internet, technology, or web3 industry is preferred.
- Experience in recruiting for technical roles is a plus.
- Strong ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated capability in problem identification and resolution.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
