Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist-Product

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for product-related positions and possess exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for product-related roles, such as Product Manager, Product Designer, and Product Operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the product domain.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field in science and engineering is preferred.
• Proven experience in recruiting for product-related positions. Experience in the internet, technology, or web3 industry is preferred.
• Experience in recruiting for technical roles is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated capability in problem identification and resolution.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
