Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of experience or 3Y+ in a startup

• English is at the B2 level or higher (First Certificate, or already working in an English environment)

• Deep Expertise in a backend language like Javascript, Ruby, Golang, or Python.

Target Salary Range:

• $60,000 - $200,000 per year

We will assess you in the following way:

1. Comprehensive behavioral interview (Recruiter screening)

2. Takehome evaluation (if you target <80k a year)

3. Live coding exercise (if you target >80k a year)
