We are building a next-generation decentralized prop trading firm for retail traders — fully crypto-native, smart contract-driven, and powered by our own token economy. Traders pay to access funded trading challenges and get rewarded on success, while token holders participate in validation and governance. We’re now looking for a Solana Smart Contract Developer to take our MVP live.
What You'll Build
You will own the design and development of core Solana programs, including:
- Smart contract for trader challenge management
- Validator staking + governance logic
- On-chain payout mechanisms
- SPL token logic for reward systems
- Integration support with oracle feedsÂ
You’ll work closely with our frontend and backend team to ensure smooth interactions via the Anchor client.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong proficiency in Rust
- Experience with the Anchor framework
- Deep understanding of Solana account model, PDAs, CPIs
- Knowledge of SPL tokens, staking, rewards, and DAO mechanics
- Ability to write secure, modular smart contracts with tests
- Comfortable with contract deployments, ID management, and upgrades
Nice to have:
- Experience with DeFi protocols or crypto trading
- Familiarity with Pyth/Switchboard or other oracle providers
- Understanding of decentralized governance systems
