FILLiquid is on the hunt for a passionate Social Media Marketing Specialist to bring energy, creativity, and innovation to our social media and community content strategies. If you’re experienced in managing social media for Web3 projects and thrive in the dynamic world of Crypto Twitter, we want to hear from you!

This role is tailor-made for someone who lives and breathes social media. You understand the culture of the Web3 space and have a deep knowledge of the DePIN ecosystem. You’re quick with a meme, always on top of TikTok trends, and know how to spark engagement that resonates with the community. You’ll be instrumental in creating strategies that amplify our presence and connect with audiences on a global scale.

We’re looking for someone who gets the power of memes, excels at being the go-to “reply guy” during campaigns, and has a proven track record of driving results through key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers. Building and nurturing partnerships with KOLs, influencers, and strategic collaborators will be a central part of your role, helping us expand our reach and impact.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute strategies that inspire engagement and growth in the fast-moving crypto space. You’ll work closely with our team to produce standout content, leveraging your strong creative skills, data-driven mindset, and ability to spot emerging trends in Web3 and social media marketing.

Important: This is an execution-focused role. You’ll be directly involved in the hands-on delivery of campaigns and content, not delegating tasks to others.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive impactful social media strategies to elevate our brand and engage online communities. This includes content creation, posting, audience engagement, and managing targeted social media advertising across platforms like Twitter, TikTok, Telegram, and LinkedIn.
• Keep our social presence organized with a well-maintained content calendar that ensures consistency across all channels.
• Craft compelling, creative content that fosters brand awareness and builds meaningful engagement within the Web3 space.
• Lead Web3-focused marketing initiatives, such as innovative community campaigns, Point Programs, Airdrops, incentivized user acquisition strategies, and co-promotions with exchanges, trading platforms, and partners.
• Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring social media trends and competitor activities, developing strategies to keep us at the forefront of the industry.
• Actively interact with our audience—become the go-to "reply guy" who engages followers, responds to comments, and fosters vibrant community interactions.
• Build lasting connections with clients, partners, and social media platforms. Cultivate strong relationships with top-tier KOLs, crypto influencers, local media, and community leaders to inspire user acquisition and loyalty.
• Design and execute KOL and affiliate activation programs that drive measurable results in user growth and community engagement.
• Utilize analytics to monitor social media performance, generate actionable monthly reports, and continuously optimize strategies to maximize impact.
• Set clear KPIs and harness data-driven insights to refine campaigns, ensuring our initiatives deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management in the Web3 space.
• Proven expertise in navigating major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and beyond.
• A deep understanding of the crypto influencer ecosystem and community dynamics, with a strong network of connections across KOLs, media outlets, and community platforms.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing partnership strategies that deliver tangible growth.
• A strong track record of building and managing affiliate and KOL partnerships.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a flair for visual and creative marketing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, thriving in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and advertising platforms to track and optimize performance.
• A genuine passion for DePIN and a firm belief in the transformative potential of decentralized storage.

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with the Filecoin ecosystem.
• Experience in content design and crafting visually engaging materials.
• Knowledge of AI-driven content creation tools.
• Hands-on experience managing ambassador programs or leveraging community-powered growth strategies.

About FILLiquid

FILLiquid is a fully open-sourced, decentralized, algorithm-based lending platform implemented as a liquidity pool on the Filecoin Virtual Machine (FVM). It facilitates a market that enables FIL token holders to stake their FIL and earn passive interest income while also allowing SPs to borrow FIL for storage provisioning.

The protocol intends to solve the SP dilemma, which requires SPs to make consistent $FIL pledges to add more storage capacity to the Filecoin network by unlocking liquidity in the SPs node. FILLiquid employs an algorithmic interest rate model dictated by the utilization rate in the liquidity pool.

Furthermore, FILLiquid integrates a revenue-sharing model, a referral program, and a governance dashboard.
