Social Media Manager

LocalCoinSwap, a fast-growing non-custodial peer-to-peer cryptocurrency marketplace, is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Telegram.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and target audience
• Create and publish engaging content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to our website
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the success of our campaigns and adjust the strategy as necessary
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithms, and make recommendations to optimize our social media presence
• Collaborate with the broader team to create integrated campaigns that leverage our social media channels
• Promote feature launches, important updates, and other news related to the project
• Manage and grow our social media communities, including responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Manage the social media advertising budget and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
• Proven ability to create engaging social media content that resonates with target audiences
• Experience with social media advertising, including creating and optimizing campaigns
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
• Some design experience preferred (creating social media content)
