What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead Social Media Strategy – Own and execute social media strategy across X, Telegram, Discord, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Shape Brand Voice & Engagement – Define the tone, personality, and style of our brand across all platforms.
• Trendspotting & Content Creation – Stay ahead of the latest crypto trends and memes, creating viral content that resonates with Web3 and casino audiences.
• Community Growth – Build and engage an active online community, fostering discussions and driving organic engagement.
• Collaborate with Experts – Work alongside talented designers and marketers to create compelling visuals and campaigns.
• Performance & Optimization – Analyze engagement metrics and continuously refine content strategy for maximum impact.
• Collabs & Partnerships – Connect with influencers, crypto thought leaders, and gambling streamers to expand brand reach.

What We’re Looking For

• Must Have:
• Deep Crypto Knowledge – You’re plugged into the latest Web3 narratives, trends, and communities.
• Social Media Expertise – Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts, ideally in crypto, fintech, or related industries.
• Meme & Viral Culture Understanding – You instinctively know what will resonate with crypto audiences.
• Content Creation Skills – Ability to craft compelling tweets, threads, memes, and short-form videos.
• Analytical Mindset – You use data to optimize engagement and measure success.
• Nice to Have:
• Gaming/Gambling Industry Knowledge – Understanding of online casinos, betting, and gaming audiences is a bonus.
