Job Descriptions:

1. Identify and build relationships with local influencers and communities in the hispano region. 
2. Maintain good relationship with KOL and marketing channels to achieve long-term cooperation
3. Responsible for the implementation and performance of KOL marketing strategies, tracking results and making adjustments to ensure the best performance and maximum return on investment

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of proven experience in the KOL business development role in the Spanish speaking market . 
2. An established network with the hispano crypto KOLs is a must. 
3. Experience as the KOL BD or CM in crypto exchange companies is a plus. 
4. Resourceful, creative and highly self-motivated individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment

2. Mantener una relación buena con los influencers para lograr una cooperación a largo plazo.
3. Responsable de la implementación y desempeño de las estrategias de marketing de KOL, rastreando los resultados y realizando ajustes para asegurar el mejor desempeño y el máximo retorno de la inversión.

Requisitos:

1. Al menos 1 año de experiencia en el rol de desarrollo de negocios de KOL en el mercado de habla hispana.
2. Es imprescindible una red establecida con los KOL criptográficos hispanos.
3. La experiencia como KOL BD o CM en los exchanges de criptomoneda es una ventaja. 
4. Personas ingeniosas, creativas y muy motivadas que pueden trabajar en un entorno acelerado.
