- You have helped unlock the next level of growth by working cross-functionally to improve our existing business and identify new pockets of growth in the crypto space
What you will do
- Research and understand the crypto market to identify new opportunities and growth drivers
- Forecast CoinTrackerâs business 1-3 years out with the goal of setting monthly and annual financial targets
- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g. Partnerships, Data, Marketing, etc) on driving user and revenue growth

Role-specific
- 6+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategic Finance or FP&A (or some combination thereof)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity, enjoys bringing structure to an unstructured issue
- Thrives in a fast paced, early-stage startup environment
- Proven to work cross-functionally with a range of teams from Partnerships to Data to Marketing to Product and beyond
- Interest in crypto. Maintains a positive attitude through ebbs and flows of the crypto industry
- Showcases deep openness to growing, learning, and to giving and receiving feedback
The starting salary for this position is between $150,000 and $190,000. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience. This position also includes equity in CoinTracker and benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO.
