About Swisstronik
Swisstronik is building a next-generation blockchain infrastructure focused on zk-privacy, federated governance, and jurisdictional interoperability (UAE-Switzerland-EU). Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to lead Swisstronik’s technical vision, architecture, and team. The Team Lead will be responsible for scaling our blockchain core, driving the implementation of privacy-first solutions, and ensuring successful integration with financial rails and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Own the technical strategy and architecture of the Swisstronik protocol and ecosystem.
Lead the development of EVM-compatible blockchain infrastructure with integrated zero-knowledge privacy layers.
Oversee security, cryptography, and key management (zk-SNARKs/zk-STARKs, circuits, auditing).
Manage and scale a distributed engineering team
Drive productization of R&D into production-ready releases.
Ensure smooth integration with payment rails, KYC/AML systems, and partner SDKs/APIs.
Act as the technical face of the project in discussions with investors, partners, and regulators.
Requirements
Proven track record as a Team Lead, Head of Protocol, Principal Engineer, or similar leadership role in blockchain or cryptography-focused companies.
Deep expertise in blockchain architecture (EVM, Cosmos SDK, Substrate, or similar).
Strong knowledge of zero-knowledge cryptography (Circom, Halo2, zk-SNARKs/STARKs).
Experience with smart contract development (Solidity) and ecosystem integration.
Solid understanding of regulatory compliance (KYC/AML) in fintech or blockchain contexts.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Fluent English (spoken and written) – must be able to confidently communicate.
