We are looking for a Technical Growth Hacker who will combine coding skills with growth strategies to create, implement, and scale solutions that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate would possess technical expertise, along with a strong understanding of data analytics and digital marketing.Key Responsibilities

Development of Growth Tools: Design and develop custom tools such as bots, web scrapers, and automation scripts to facilitate user acquisition and engagement.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze datasets to identify trends, user behavior, and opportunities for growth, using tools like SQL, Python, or R.
Technical SEO & Analytics: Optimize website and app performance through technical SEO and advanced analytics to drive organic traffic and improve user experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and engineering teams to develop growth strategies and ensure technical alignment with business objectives.
Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously monitor the performance of growth initiatives, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to the team.

Qualifications

Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
Data Analytics: Ability to analyze and manipulate data using SQL, Python, or similar tools.
Digital Marketing: Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement innovative solutions.
Communication: Effective communication skills for collaboration with non-technical teams.
Creativity: Ability to generate out-of-the-box ideas.
