Technical Product Lead

Your focus...

We are looking for an innovative Product Lead/Owner to lead the entire product development journey for our existing and new products. You will work closely with our Executive team, engineering, research, and design, collaborating seamlessly to define the product roadmaps and drive execution. You will monitor user behaviour with analytics and research methods, using insights to navigate planning and development confidently.

Your day to day...

• Researching customer and business stakeholders’ needs to understand the critical drivers for the EclipseFi product.
• Articulating the vision of the product and creating a product roadmap.
• Defining projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional specifications.
• Designing and optimising the user experience of our products, developing user-friendly interfaces (with our UX designer) and features to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
• Managing a cross-functional team - communicating closely with design, development, testing, and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Implementation of Agile principles - leading scrums, building user stories, and managing team resources to ensure the product is being developed on time and within budget. 
• Managing the product during its lifecycle, ensuring it performs at its peak capability through enhancements and fixes.
• Ensure tangible incremental value is delivered to customers and business with consistent cadence and quality.
• Maintain high-quality product documentation and support channels. 
• Developing and executing the strategic planning of EclipseFi products, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy. Analyse market DeFi market trends, competitors, and user needs to ensure our products are innovating and evolving. 
• Assist the marketing team in product promotion, develop effective marketing strategies to increase product awareness and market share.
• Utilise data analysis tools to monitor product performance and user behaviour, provide data-driven feedback to optimise our product experience.
• Proactively identify and evaluate potential risks in product development, ensuring quick resolution.
• Managing external relationships with technology partners and industry experts.

Your background…

• 5+ years as a Web3 Technical Product Manager/Owner, including DeFi Products (preference for experience on cross-chain products)
• Experience successfully launching an application or a service from scratch with a user and metrics-driven approach.
• Start-up experience in fast-paced remote environments working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Experience across the full product development life cycle, including UI/UX design, test case review, production support and operational process optimisation.
• Data analysis skills - able to design product performance dashboards, and optimise the products using a data driven approach.
• Ability to context-switch efficiently from understanding the user's need to getting into the technical detail.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to deliver initiatives end-to-end, from concept to the finish line.
• Self-starter with the ability to take ownership - well organised, self-disciplined and effective when working autonomously on tasks and projects. 
• Understanding and sensitivity to the potential risk and compliance associated with Blockchain products. 
• Strong prioritisation, stakeholder management and leadership skills. 
• Comfortable managing complex technical products.
• Strong analytical skills, including ability to interpret complex business needs and translate into product requirements for technical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage product or project roadmaps with trade-offs and dependencies.
• Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage the competing demands of multiple projects in a timely manner.
