About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced recruiting sourcer to help scale a new arm of the Braintrust jobs marketplace. In this role, you will guide technical qualified talent through Braintrust’s talent onboarding funnel all the way to their initial client interviews. You will be the face of Braintrust as the first touch point. 

Responsibilities

• Source high-quality candidates for roles within Braintrust’s clients
• Conduct preliminary screening calls to assess candidate suitability 
• Build a robust candidate talent pool within the Braintrust community
• Coordinate and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Matching teams to identify priorities
• Assist candidates through the Braintrust screening process, profile completion, and job proposal
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in creating a scalable sourcing plan

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical sourcing experience
• Well-versed in recruiting tech stack and sourcing techniques 
• Self-starter who can identify and fill gaps in processes that will enable quick scalability
• Clear communicator who is organized and efficient in their work
• Proven track record in high-volume sourcing and screening
• Metrics-driven and results-oriented work style
• A strong work ethic and moral compass that informs your actions
