User Growth Operation Specialist (Convert)

Responsibilities

• Set User Growth Goals and Strategies - Establish clear user growth objectives aligned with the overall business strategy and KPIs. Develop and implement specific strategies to achieve these growth goals.
• Data Monitoring - Monitor growth data dashboards to track core business metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Take proactive and reactive actions based on data insights to drive user growth.
• Marketing Collaboration - Work closely with the marketing and regional teams to design and launch marketing activities aimed at driving user growth. Coordinate and execute innovative marketing campaigns to attract and retain users.
• Product Improvement - Collaborate with the product manager to enhance existing products and generate ideas for new products to achieve the second growth curve. Utilize competitor analysis, user feedback, and business data analysis to inform product improvements.
• Daily Operations - Manage the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Over 5 years of experience in user growth operations or related role in mainstream internet, financial companies or electronic trading brokerages. 
• Experience in brokerage or other trading related financial services is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work with product managers to improve existing products and create new ones. 
• Strong understanding of products, business, and industry trends in the blockchain industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for quick and simple analysis.  
• Ability to work with data analysts for systematic and rigorous data analysis. Able to draw actionable conclusions from data to guide user growth strategies.
• Creative mindset with the ability to design novel and engaging user growth activities. 
• Experience in content creation and event planning.
• Ability to cooperate with and drive the marketing team to use various marketing methods to achieve user growth. 
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team on the development and implementation of a series of user growth strategies.
