Head of Growth

Insider X is a Solana-based trading terminal currently in development. We are building something better than what exists in the market today — better than Axiom, GMGN, Photon, and Trojan — and we are launching our free version in 3 months. We need someone to own everything marketing from day one.

This is not a support role. This is not a social media manager role. You will build and run our entire marketing operation with a real budget, real targets, and full ownership.

Your north star metric is one thing: active traders on the platform generating volume. Not followers. Not Discord members. Not impressions. Traders who deposit and trade.

What you will own

Marketing strategy and budget

You will create a full go-to-market plan for our free v1 launch and beyond. You will be given a real marketing budget. You will allocate it, justify every line, and report on results. We need structure and accountability — not guesswork and vibes.

KOL and influencer partnerships

Identify the right people in the Solana and meme coin trading community. Build real relationships and negotiate ongoing partnerships — not one-off paid posts. We want people who actually trade using terminals like ours and will talk about it authentically over time.

Social media

Build our Twitter/X and Telegram presence from zero. Create content, grow the accounts, set the tone and voice. You post daily. You engage. You make Insider X impossible to ignore in the Solana trading space.

Community building

Grow and manage our Telegram and Discord. Engage real traders, gather product feedback, and make early users feel like insiders. Quality over quantity — we want active traders, not a bloated member count.

Execution

You don’t just plan — you do. You contact people, you post, you follow up, you measure what works, and you cut what doesn’t. Speed matters.

What we are looking for

— You actively trade or closely follow Solana meme coins and know the on-chain trading community from the inside

— You know Axiom, GMGN, Photon, Trojan — not from a Wikipedia summary, from using them

— You have built or grown a crypto Twitter/X account or Telegram community with measurable results you can show us

— You have existing relationships with KOLs in the Solana trading space or a clear, proven method for building them fast

— You have managed or allocated a marketing budget before and can defend every line of spend with data

— You can work independently without being managed — we are a small founding team and you will own this function completely

— You are proactive, fast, and comfortable operating in a space that moves every hour
