The founding team are successful entrepreneurs with multiple exits who have worked together for years. Additionally we are supported and have partnered with some of the most well-known investors and ecosystem players in the space.

Job Description:

We are seeking a growth-minded content marketer to produce high-quality, engaging long and short form content that resonates with the web3 community. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, has audio and video production skills, and is as comfortable hosting an X/Twitter Space as they are editing promotional videos from a live broadcast or Space. This role works closely with social media managers, designers, growth marketers, and our customer success team to activate our partner communities into action. Importantly, we want a team member who comprehends how content campaigns can strategically advance business objectives.

Responsibilities: Content creation and production:

Create high-quality, memorable, multimedia content for Thrive and our partner communities, including long and short form writing, forum posts, and promotional videos.
Plan and implement multi-channel content and communications strategies to support the CS Lead and engage our partner communities.
Work closely with the marketing and CS teams to promote community initiatives, driving engagement on our social accounts, and users to our app.
Write, edit, proofread, and publish content across various digital formats including email, socials, Discord, Telegram, Farcaster, and forums.
Know and use a broad selection of content creation tools, for example, video editing software like Premier and Descript, Audio editing software like Audacity and Ableton, AI, design software like Figma and Canva, and more.
Generate compelling content that reveals our success stories, and find and promote testimonials from our community.
Gain a deep understanding of our product and our communities in order to activate new users and promote our initiatives.
In partnership with the CS Leads, collaborate with partner communities to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand awareness.

Impact reporting:

Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance.

Requirements:

Must be available during core CET or EST working hours
Proven experience in a marketing/growth (web3 experience is required)
Exceptional time management, including work planning, and organization
Excel in a remote-only work with within Thrive and with key partner community stakeholders
Ability to create succinctly written documentation
Fluent in spoken and written English
Ability to multitask and persevere in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with urgency
Highly autonomous; you thrive on iterative learning-by-doing
High emotional intelligence with an ability to think creatively, strategically, and innovatively
Desire to build alongside a passionate and mission-driven team whose values align with yours
