Web3 KOL & Influencer Specialist

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Crypto KOL & Influencer Specialist who comes with a pre-existing network of high-impact KOLs, influencers, and traders to help drive visibility and trading volume for $CHZ. You will play a pivotal role in executing influencer-driven growth strategies, leveraging crypto-native voices to establish $CHZ as the global sports-backed crypto asset. This role is not for someone starting from scratch—we need a plug-and-play network builder who can hit the ground running with mid to top-tier trader influencers, analysts, YouTubers, and Twitter/X voices that resonate with both retail and professional trading audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage Your Network: Activate and expand pre-existing relationships with KOLs, top-tier traders, YouTubers, Twitter (X) voices, and crypto influencers to drive $CHZ exposure.
• Growth-Driven Partnerships: Identify and onboard high-value KOLs who can amplify $CHZ’s trading narrative, staking potential, and utility to drive both awareness and trading activity.
• Data-Backed Strategy: Work with internal teams to align KOL activations with trading milestones, exchange listings, liquidity boosts, and market-moving events.
• Influencer Campaign Execution: Manage always-on and campaign-based KOL strategies, ensuring content aligns with market conditions and trading psychology.
• KOL Trading & Speculation Narratives: Ensure influencers create meaningful discussions around $CHZ’s value proposition (staking, trading, arbitrage, institutional involvement, and ecosystem expansion).
• Cross-Channel Visibility: Drive influencer-driven exposure across Twitter/X, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, TradingView, and major crypto media outlets.
• Performance Tracking: Measure success through engagement, referral traffic, trading volume impact, and branded search spikes from influencer-driven campaigns.

What Success Looks Like:

• $CHZ KOL Buy-in: Leading trader voices and influencers actively discussing $CHZ’s market opportunities, staking, and trading appeal.
• Stronger Search & Trading Metrics: Increased trading volume, search traffic, and KOL-generated mentions of $CHZ across major platforms.
• A Well-Connected Ecosystem of Advocates: Built a tight-knit KOL network that consistently pushes $CHZ narratives across multiple channels.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Deeply Embedded in Crypto Culture: You live and breathe crypto Twitter, trader Telegrams, and influencer discourse—you know who matters and why.
• Established KOL/Influencer Relationships: You come in already connected to top crypto traders, analysts, YouTubers, and X influencers who drive market sentiment.
• Understanding of Trading & Market Cycles: You understand what moves traders and can align messaging with price action, liquidity events, and sentiment shifts.
• Strong Negotiation & Relationship Management: You can secure deals, structure incentives, and maintain long-term influencer partnerships.
• Ability to Align with Business KPIs: You can translate KOL exposure into measurable outcomes—brand mentions, referral traffic, trading volume growth, and search demand.
• Crypto & DeFi Knowledge: You understand CEX trading, staking mechanics, DeFi incentives, and the psychology of both retail and institutional traders.
• Hands-on Campaign Execution: You can plan, launch, and scale KOL-led campaigns across Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, and key influencer hubs.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience working with crypto-native hedge funds, liquidity providers, or exchanges.
• Background in performance-driven influencer marketing with proven trading volume impact.
• Strong understanding of $CHZ and Fan Token trading dynamics and sports crypto adoption trends.
