<h3>About the Role</h3><p>zerohash is looking for a VP - Head of Liquidity & Exchange Services to bring operating excellence and cross-functional coordination to manage the firm’s digital asset liquidity and exchange services. We're looking for a senior leader to lead and scale this function.</p><p>This is a high-visibility, cross-functional leadership role reporting into executive leadership. You will own zerohash’s end-to-end digital asset liquidity and exchange services operations and strategy, across our Central Limit Order Book (“CLOB”) and Request-for-Quote (“RFQ”) trading systems. This includes relationships with leading market makers / liquidity providers, stablecoin issuers, and the execution of a robust strategy for the firm’s market-leading liquidity services. Develop recurring reporting (internal and external) to provide visibility to executive management and Platform partners.</li><li><strong>Risk Management:</strong> Identify and mitigate potential liquidity risks associated with market volatility, large order executions, and potential LP system outages.</li><li><strong>Data Analysis and Reporting:</strong> Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities, generate reports on liquidity metrics, and present findings to senior management.</li><li><strong>Regulatory Compliance:</strong> Ensure all liquidity activities comply with relevant regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>12–15+ years of progressive experience in leading exchange / liquidity services, strategy, liquidity operations, or a related leadership role.</li><li>5–8+ years experience in FinTech; direct experience in crypto / digital assets is required, preferably at a major crypto exchange. If approved, zntb would operate as a proposed national trust bank and wholly owned subsidiary of zerohash, a Chicago-based digital asset infrastructure platform that provides regulated API infrastructure for crypto trading, stablecoin payments, tokenized assets, and cross-border settlement to banks, fintechs, brokerages, and payment companies.</p><p>zntb is being organized to exercise fiduciary powers and conduct trust company operations in accordance with the National Bank Act and 12 CFR Part 9. Reporting directly to the CEO of zntb, the Chief Trust Officer will be the bank’s senior-most fiduciary executive, responsible for, trust administration, fiduciary controls, and organizational performance. This individual will play a pivotal role in completing pre-opening requirements for OCC charter approval, establishing the operational and governance infrastructure required to commence business, and running a safe and sound banking operation thereafter.</p><p>The Chief Trust Officer will serve as the lead Fiduciary Officer of the bank, leading all fiduciary and trust staff in fulfilling fiduciary This role requires a finance athlete who can move fluidly between detailed modeling and crisp storytelling: building the model, pressure-testing the assumptions, translating the output into a clear recommendation, and driving alignment with senior stakeholders. This role is designed for someone who has operated in high-intensity financial environments and is ready to own strategic workstreams with significant ambiguity, visibility, and business impact. The ideal candidate brings investment banking and/or private equity training, strategic finance experience in a fast-paced growth company, elite modeling judgment, strong executive presence, and a practical command of AI tools to accelerate analysis, automation, and insight generation. What you'll work on: Lead complex financial modeling for Circle's strategic priorities, including major commercial partnerships, ecosystem incentives, new product launches, M&A, investment opportunities, and long-range growth initiatives. Own product-level financial models for revenue, including transaction revenue, subscription and services revenue, platform monetization, product unit economics, customer economics, and scenario-based revenue forecasting. Partner with Product, Business Development, Corporate Development, and GTM leaders to evaluate new monetization models, partnership structures, pricing constructs, margin tradeoffs, and capital allocation decisions. Build and maintain investment-grade models that can support executive decision-making, including detailed revenue builds, sensitivity analyses, valuation frameworks, synergy cases, downside scenarios, cohort economics, and ROI / payback analyses. Translate complex analysis into clear, compelling executive narratives for CFO/CCO reviews, operating reviews, Board materials, strategic planning, and cross-functional decision forums. Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership by identifying key drivers, risks, and tradeoffs across strategic initiatives, and by making clear recommendations rather than simply reporting outputs. Develop financial frameworks to evaluate build / buy / partner decisions, including market sizing, strategic rationale, integration considerations, investment requirements, and financial return profiles. Partner with Accounting, Legal, Tax, Treasury, and Data teams to ensure models reflect operational realities, accounting considerations, regulatory constraints, and data integrity requirements. Use AI and automation tools to improve the speed, quality, and scalability of financial analysis, including model QA, data synthesis, scenario generation, workflow automation, and executive-ready output creation. Create repeatable planning and reporting infrastructure for emerging revenue streams, helping Circle scale from bespoke analysis to durable operating cadence as products mature. Proactively identify gaps in current reporting, model architecture, and decision-making processes, and build practical solutions that raise the quality of strategic finance support across the organization.

<p>Run day-to-day activities of a dynamic engineering teams, including requirements grooming, scrums, retrospectives and team outings. Design, build, and maintain APIs, user-facing experiences, services, and systems. Provide technical and architectural direction for the development, design, integration, testing, and maintenance of our platform. Lead agile software processes for engineering teams and introduce best-in-class industry practices. Partner with stakeholders to ensure the teams' contributions align with company objectives, develop technology roadmaps and set realistic product release schedules. Perform full lifecycle of team management to attract, engage, retain, coach and performance manage teams of exceptional engineers (e.g., mentoring, recruiting, training and development, performance evaluation). Act as an internal ambassador for the engineering team to other groups, communicating the opportunities and constraints technology offers to the development of projects.
