This is a part-time or full-time remote internship reporting to the global communications team and working cross functionally with the HR team and others. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate and interested in cryptocurrency, innovation and financial technology with previous internship experience in internal communications. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the company’s internal communications efforts with many opportunities for growth.About Binance Accelerator Program  Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. Responsibilities

• Support company townhalls, including messaging, logistics and analyzing/actioning feedback 
• Manage internal comms calendar with other departments, including HR and admin 
• Draft regular internal notices on policy updates, HR updates and company announcements
• Instill company culture, value and mission through consistent and effective messaging across the organization (channels, forums, etc) and creative avenues of reinforcing them 
• Increase employee engagement through employee and team spotlights, awards, newsletters, and virtual events 
• Support a culture of transparency and over communication across efforts 
• Improve internal comms across the organization and team functions in line with business priorities and key company initiatives 
• Support HR and admin on regular communications and efforts (e.g., quarterly reviews, employee awards)
• Ideate new opportunities and efforts to drive a strong company culture

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in an internal communications or relevant internship
• Strong understanding of Binance’s culture, mission and values as well as knowledge or interest in the blockchain/Web3 space 
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Proactive approach to everyday work, able to take ownership of projects and execute
• Strong writing skills, and effective and clear communicator 
• Works well under a fast–paced environment
• Strong emotional intelligence 
• Studying (or degree in) communications, journalism, marketing or relevant major
• Native or fluent English speaker
