Responsibilities

Account ServicingAssist the Partnership Manager in day-to-day account servicing matters, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of partner inquiries.
Lead Identification and PitchingSupport the Partnership Manager in pitching appropriate products for potential partners and assist in pitching them effectively.
Commercial Negotiations and Project ManagementParticipate in commercial negotiations, support the end to end onboarding process, and ensure the smooth technical integration and execution of partnerships.
Relationship ManagementAid the Partnership Manager in maintaining strong relationships with senior-level executives of high-value partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
Internal Collaboration:Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, tech, compliance, legal, and operations teams, to facilitate effective partnership management.
Process Improvement Suggest new and innovative ways to enhance existing processes, contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiencies of our internal processes.

Requirements

Educational BackgroundPolytechnic or university Graduate, prior working experience part-time or full-time is compulsory
Crypto and Blockchain Knowledge A keen interest and knowledge of basic cryptocurrency and blockchain technology are essential.
Flexible and remote workingAbility to work flexible hours that facilitate collaboration with a global team.
