Graphic Designer (Web3 Gaming)

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life through compelling visual content. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing graphics for various digital platforms, including our website, social media, marketing materials, and more.

Responsibilities: 

• Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for digital assets, including website banners, social media graphics, infographics, marketing collaterals, and other promotional materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and deliver impactful designs that meet project objectives and timelines.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, visual style, and messaging across all design assets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
• Effectively manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Review and incorporate feedback from colleagues to refine and improve design concepts.
• Work closely with the marketing and content creator team to translate campaign objectives into visually compelling designs.
• Maintain a library of design assets, ensuring easy access and organization for future use.
• Keep abreast of design best practices and industry standards to ensure high-quality deliverables. 
• Assist our social media manager in the creation of engaging branding content for social media channels, including but not limited to Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, Telegram, and other relevant platforms.   

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in the crypto or gaming industry.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different mediums.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.
• Knowledge of digital design best practices and ability to adapt designs for various platforms and devices.
• Ability to work collaboratively, take direction, and incorporate feedback from colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely delivery of design projects.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with Web3 gaming, cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus.
• Know how to integrate AI tools into your workflow to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Excellent written communication in English, coupled with your talent for creating captivating and engaging graphic designs.
