Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, empower developers, and make a lasting impact in the decentralized application space.As a Product Manager, you'll be at the helm of our web3 learning platform's vision and execution. Your role will involve close collaboration with diverse teams to develop and launch products that empower developers to learn and create dApps.Responsibilities:
- Visionary Strategy: Define the product strategy, roadmap, and goals for Metaschool's platform.
- Collaborative Coordination: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to translate ideas into efficient execution.
- User-Centric Approach: Gather market insights and user feedback to discover opportunities and refine the platform's offerings.
- Performance Metrics: Analyze key metrics to measure product success and guide future decisions.
- Effective Prioritization: Balance business objectives, customer needs, and resources to prioritize features and enhancements.
- Clear Communication: Develop detailed product specs, user stories, and wireframes for effective communication.
- Agile Development: Guide agile product development, integrating user feedback for iterative improvements.
- Successful Launches: Collaborate with marketing and customer support for impactful product launches and engagement.
- Stay Ahead: Keep abreast of web3 trends, decentralized applications, and online education to maintain Metaschool's leadership.
- Experience: 3+ years in product management, preferably within EdTech or web3 realms.
- Digital Mastery: Proven track record of managing and launching digital products.
- Web3 Expertise: Strong grasp of web3, decentralized applications, and blockchain technologies.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills for effective problem-solving.
- Collaboration Maven: Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborating seamlessly with diverse teams.
- Agile Savviness: Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
