We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to build & lead our dedicated sales team in selling advertising solutions to Web3 game studios. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and maintaining strong relationships with Web3 game studios.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of highly skilled professionals for our newly established sales team.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team focused on selling advertising solutions to Web3 game studios.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies, setting clear goals and targets to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Assist with drafting sales pitches, presentations, and reference material, etc.
  • Generate, engage, and qualify inbound/outbound leads. 
  • Manage the sales pipeline by updating all activities in the CRM.
  • Move quality leads through the marketing funnel by setting up meetings/calls/demos between prospects and account executives. 
  • You take ownership of your work by ensuring all deliverables and targets are met within the agreed timeline. 
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities, expanding our client base and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the Web3 gaming ecosystem, understanding their marketing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitate communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
  • Guide and mentor the sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to optimize individual and team success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams preferably in the advertising or gaming industry.
  • Experience managing and leading a sales team, driving performance and achieving targets. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
  • Results oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends, deriving actionable insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Web3 gaming ecosystem, blockchain technology, and digital advertising.
  • Know how to integrate AI tools into your workflow to enhance efficiency and productivity. 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
