It provides coordinated liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities, reducing operational complexity for fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers.Our Global Sourcing team is looking for an exceptional Sourcer to help build the future of global finance at Payward. This is a high-bar role requiring extreme ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex hiring challenges in a fully remote, high-agency, async-first environment where speed and quality are the standard.Main differentiators between this role and any other Sourcer role on the market:<ul><li>Managing uncertainty: Payward is at the forefront of the innovation spectrum. As such, you can expect to tackle roles that you have never heard about, with no prior experience, data or track record</li><li>Subject matter expertise: We are building one interoperable stack connecting crypto, tokenized assets, and traditional markets. We are looking for experts in the fintech field, or deep thinkers able to bridge that gap quickly</li><li>Pace: You will be expected to flex your sourcing skills across Tech, Non-tech and anything in between with a very quick turnaround, across different payzones and businesses under the Payward umbrella, including Kraken, Ninjatrader and Reap.</li><li>Builder mentality: We are not looking for a plain executioner but someone that will contribute to building something new, awesome and cutting edge</li><li>Team work: Our sourcing team’s track record is unprecedented - we provide velocity and quality to our pipelines through hard work, but always working as a team. If you believe you have what it takes, continue reading below.<h3>The opportunity</h3><ul><li>Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to design and execute effective hiring strategies</li><li>Gather, organise and communicate competitive market intelligence, identifying where target talent exists and sharing industry trends</li><li>Collaborate with the broader sourcing team in leveraging best practices across research techniques, boolean searches, tools, networking and other sourcing methods</li><li>Independently develop and maintain candidate flow across a variety of disciplines, leveraging data to drive decision making and process improvement</li><li>Source candidates through a variety of search resources (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, etc.)</li><li>Be an ambassador to Kraken/Payward, sharing our values and drive brand awareness in the market</li><li>Participate in research projects and other initiatives which improve the infrastructure of hiring</li></ul><h3>What you bring</h3><ul><li>Exceptional track record sourcing talent for reputable, fast-growing, high bar technology/product businesses against ruthless competition.
