Based in San Juan, this role will work across departments and regions to coordinate execution on key programs including new product launches, integrations with banking and processing partners, network value-added services, and global expansion projects.The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, can translate ambitious goals into actionable plans, and drives cross-functional collaboration with precision and accountability. This is an individual contributor role to begin, with the opportunity to build and lead a broader project management function as Rain continues scaling its operations and partnerships worldwide.<h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>Manage cross-functional projects across Rain’s ecosystem, including product launches, partner integrations, value added service project planning and network initiatives.</li><li>Oversee integrations with banking partners, payment processors, and strategic partners, ensuring seamless technical and operational alignment.</li><li>Coordinate across product, business development, operations, compliance, and finance teams to keep priorities synchronized and deliverables on track.</li><li>Build and maintain project plans, tracking systems, and dashboards that create visibility across leadership and teams.</li><li>Identify dependencies, surface risks early, and drive resolution to maintain timelines and quality.</li><li>Lead initiatives tied to Visa and Mastercard programs, network value-added services, and partnership rollouts.</li><li>Support global expansion projects by coordinating readiness across markets, products, and partners.</li><li>Establish scalable frameworks and processes for efficient execution and consistent delivery.</li><li>Contribute to the long-term development of Rain’s project management discipline, setting standards and best practices for future growth.</li></ul><h3>Who You Are</h3><ul><li>6–9 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, ideally in fintech, financial services, or technology.</li><li>Proven success delivering projects involving multiple partners, integrations, or global teams.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at driving accountability across stakeholders.</li><li>Strong communicator with the ability to bring clarity and momentum to dynamic environments.</li><li>Strategic yet hands-on—equally comfortable planning frameworks or diving into execution details.</li><li>Proficient with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Monday, etc.) and experienced in progress tracking and reporting.</li><li>Thrives in global, fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent initiatives.</li><li>Based in San Juan, PR, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones.</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>Experience in partner integrations with banks, processors, or payment networks.</li><li>Background in Visa or Mastercard program operations or network value-added services.</li><li>Familiarity with global expansion and market enablement projects.</li><li>Exposure to compliance or regulatory-adjacent processes.</li><li>PMP, Agile, or similar certifications.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3>Our team works hard, so we make sure our benefits do too.
