Who we are looking for 

We are seeking a Treasury Manager, one of the key roles in the finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing treasury policy (both fiat and crypto) and wallets management policy, managing our crypto and fiat liquidity, managing relationships with our banks, ensuring effective payment processes in the group, and making sure there's treasury reporting in place.

You will 

• Design and implement treasury management policy for both crypto and fiat. Treasury management includes also wallets management policy and liquidity management to make sure we adhere to our treasury policy landmarks.
• Run, support and enhance payments process (both crypto and fiat).
• Manage our treasury risks (both crypto and fiat).
• Manage relationships with banks for companies within the group.
• Ensure timely treasury reporting.
• Provide technical guidance and advice to the organisation on treasury management
• Implement relevant controls around treasury
• Work with financial reporting team on Big4 audits and audit-related engagements (where treasury aspects are involved)
• Work really closely with the finance team (and cross-functional teams as well) on achievement of set goals

You have 

• Deep knowledge and extensive experience in setting up crypto treasury and related processes
• Deep knowledge and extensive experience working with wallets and making payments
• Strong technical overall knowledge of crypto
• Proven strong track record in successful treasury management both in fiat and crypto (4 years min)
• Knowledge and understanding how to manage working with fiat and crypto-firendly banks, including KYC/AML procedures
• Proven strong track record in setting and running payments process (both fiat and crypto)
• Experience in providing guidance and support to members and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to explain complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive projects forward
• Excellent leadership capabilities, result-driven, strategic mindset and outstanding communication skills
• Fluent or native English

• Financial reporting or financial planning and analysis or financial forecasting background
