As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will play a central role in our Growth team, driving the development and execution of strategic partnerships at Deblock.In this fast-paced environment, you’ll have the opportunity to build and manage partnerships from the ground up. • Fluent in French 🇫🇷 and in English 🇬🇧
• Good understanding of affiliate and influencer marketing.
• Strong experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or account management.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and fast-paced.
• Data-driven and able to track and analyze the ROI of partnership initiatives.

🧑‍💻 What you’ll be working on

• Manage and develop our ambassador network
• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that drive growth, engagement, and revenue.
• Build strong relationships with key partners, including fintechs, financial institutions, and Web3 innovators.
• Lead negotiations, design deal structures, and ensure partnerships deliver mutual value.
• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and growth teams to maximize the impact of partnerships.
• Continuously measure, analyze, and optimize partnership performance to maximize ROI.
