Responsibilities:

• Create and send daily CRM communication (emails, app pushes, in-mails, etc) to our Bulgarian user base, always focusing on the results and engagement.
• Localize all relevant Global Marketing campaigns for the Bulgarian audience.
• Coordinate educational content localization on Binance Blog, Binance Academy, Binance Announcements with the support of an external team of linguists.
• Moderate the local Binance social platforms and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement.
• Work closely with KOLs like Youtubers and instagrammers.
• Assist in organizing online and offline events and meet-ups.
• Share market feedback and user suggestions with relevant functional teams.
• Stay informed on trends in digital assets industry and blockchain technologies.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency related terminologies and trends and have a liking for crypto cultures.
• Organized, reliable and mind-open personality. 
• Ready to work hard to grow in skills & can manage pressure and tight deadlines.
• Great passion for the cryptocurrency industry, ideally with past experience in crypto or blockchain. Fast learning ability is a must.
• Experience in community management or social media management.
• Native Bulgarian & English proficiency.
• Solid knowledge of Binance’s products and services is a significant advantage.
• Previous experiences or personal projects demonstrating initiative are beneficial.
• Strong verbal and excellent written communication skills. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
• Hardcore, transparent, ambitious, yet humble personality.
