Web3 Solidity Jobs in EMEA

We are a Crypto project looking for a Chief Technology Officer.

Your core job would be to lead the technical direction of the company, bringing our organisational vision to reality. Using the highest possible standards, and ensure Ayoken stays ahead of competition via continuous innovation. We want to build a NFT marketplace similar to NBATOPSHOT. Users will be able to register via email or metamask, and pay using a debit card, or crypto (stripe and coin payments integrations). Users will be able to earn our token as a reward for buying and selling NFTS.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a technical strategy for the company
• Be able to serve as a full-stack blockchain developer (solidity, javascript)
• Build the beta version of our bespoke Ayoken NFT marketplace
• Manage a team of remote developers
• Integrate with partner APIs and other services within the blockchain space
• Ensure resources are fully utilised and optimised
• Create and execute set organisational KPIs for direct reports
• Recruit and manage junior engineering staff
• Ensure the company’s technological infrastructure stay current with global standards 
• Ensure continuous improvement of new and existing products and services 

Skills and Qualifications

• Leadership skills: able to inspire and provide technical direction to the company
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in solidity & Web3 dev (MetaMask, Web3.js, remix, truffle suite, embark)
• Knowledge of functions within the technical department
• Proficiency in back-end development such as next.js and knowledge of getting and sending data to a database.
• Knowledge in web3 and how to create a dapp using react

Nice to haves

• Previous experience building NFT Marketplaces, exchanges or DEFI applications
• Prior experience in a Cryptocurrency company
