Responsibilities:

• Monitor the company’s platforms
• Monitor the reception, transmission and execution of client’s orders
• Prepares various reports for management and clients
• Monitor the company’s execution and Best Interest Policy
• Suggest continues improvement of operational procedures improving the department
• Trade surveillance and monitoring for transactions
• Interacting with and operations technology teams
• Partner with IT on systems enhancements in terms of an automatic monitoring solutions; 
• Testing of software releases, upgrades and applications as part of the trading system
• Control the trade processing to the clearing firm accurately and efficiently and liaise with them to resolve any trade discrepancies
• Assisting with reconciliations, fund and balance settlements on accounts at the end of the day
• Troubleshooting a variety of trading issues and liaising with appropriate teams where necessary to ensure their resolution
• Preliminary analysis of the customer complaints
• Perform competitor analysis and market research if required

Requirements:

• University/College Graduate
• Holder of CySec Advance Certificate
• 5 years’ experience in Brokerage services within a CySec Regulated Environment  
• Excellent command of the English language 
• Ability to work in an intensive environment and under pressure 
• Strong communication skills
