MENA Fiat Manager

Responsibilities:

• Support launches of new payment options and partner onboarding
• Design and implement go to market strategies to boost fiat active users, fiat volume growth, facilitate content building and marketing strategies, constantly look for ways to improve our customer experience, optimise product features in order to grow fiat active users
• Support fiat team to enhance on existing fiat channels, including liaising with internal teams (finance, risk, compliance, legal, product etc) and external fiat partners, to improve channel conversion rate and user flow
• Manage and track external/internal channels to operate 24x7x365 support and payments system processes
• Monitor and analyse data to discover anomalies and trends that might be relevant to technical issues or potential areas to improve growth

Requirements:

• Experience with either a payments processor, issuing bank and/or fintech payments company is strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role as a project manager or in business operations
• Ability to prioritise critical work and manage expectations, deal with interruptions, and meet deadlines in a fast paced and growth orientated environment
• Strong communication skills, maintain good relations internally and with payments partner.
• Ability to troubleshoot and discover answers quickly and effectively
• Strong research, data analysis skills, problem-solving skills
• Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus
• English Business level or native
• Chinese or Arabic language is a plus
